Newport Family Doctors is excited to announce that Dr Jamie Moore is now offering comprehensive ADHD diagnosis and management.

Dr Moore has a keen interest in adult ADHD management and welcomes patients aged 16+ from all neurodiversity backgrounds, providing inclusive, respectful, and patient-centred care. He is excited to help patient’s on their diagnostic journey and to help them manage their symptoms in a collective, simplistic way.

Patients can be referred by their own GP or self-refer. Where patients are referred by their usual GP, care can be transferred back following completion of the assessment process for ongoing continuity of care.

This service involves a thorough, evidence-based assessment process with a minimum of three appointments, ensuring accurate diagnosis and appropriate care planning.

ADHD Assessment Structure & Fees:
• Initial appointment: $450 ($128.35 rebate)
• Two review appointments: $300 each ($87.10 rebate)
Total cost: $1,050

A $450 deposit is required upfront to secure your initial assessment booking.

Cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments will result in the full deposit being forfeited.
Late arrival does not extend appointment time or allow for refunds.

Please note that an ADHD assessment does not guarantee a diagnosis or prescription of medication.

A financial and clinical consent form will be sent to you and must be completed and signed prior to attending your appointment.
